January 2007, Microsoft released it’s new OS: Vista.

One of the things everyone noticed was the new look & feel. The experience would even become better if you empty your bank account, get a decent videocard and turn on Aero. Then again when you maximize a window, all the goodies are gone. Your window, taskbar and sidebar will lose their transparency.

Then came VistaGlazz… this little application will patch your system files, so that when you maximize a window, Vista will stay transparent. Some call it the UxTheme patcher of Vista, because it allows you to use custom styles and themes in Vista as well.
